The Burden of Purpose (A Philosophical Concept)

To start off, I’d like for everyone to distance themselves from their opinions and beliefs before reading this. I say this so most if not everyone can enjoy the opportunity of understanding this short philosophical notion I’ve been thinking about for a while now [and by short I really do mean short, there’s honestly not much to it]. 

With that said... What is "The Burden of Purpose"? I’d let you guys have a guess or two at what the concept is about, comment if you got it vaguely or completely correct👌. 

Before starting off, I think I need to lay the basis for a lot of the premises made within this discussion.

The Assumptions:

• The utmost thinking being(s)’s [Be it humans or gods or a God] existence was not planned.

• If the being is omnipotent [All-powerful], it is not bound to any laws and can override any laws given to its self upon its creation.

• If the being is omniscient [All-knowing], it knows its beginning and, if it has an end, its end.

On Mental Health and Improving Technology

I honestly try to avoid talking on current matters affecting the world, but I feel extremely urged to talk on this one for reasons which I shall bring forth within this short write up.

Firstly, I would also like to state that this post initially did not come about due to the Sudan situation, the train of thought had just arrived there after numerous thoughts had passed by. For how to start this, I am really not sure, I feel it would be best delving straight into the issues at hand, but, before I do that, I have one very huge task to ask of everyone reading...

PERFECT. [An Unexpected Independent Follow-up to She]

So I was discussing my last post "She" with a friend [Shout-out to Miss Martins] [this post is quite old and has been in the drawer for a while] who felt my perception of perfect, was off. At first, I was still stubbornly believing my perspective of perfection was right, but later on, after her slightly [ever so slightly] convincing argument, I had a change in my understanding and realized that both our perspectives can be taken as perfect.. Relativistic Perfect and Absolute Perfect to be exact.

I've been reading creepypastas ever since I first heard of Slenderman and other internet spread creepy stories such as SCPs; they all sparked this unique feeling of uncertainty, a sense of "What if it's true though?". Growing older, I've become a lot more skeptical of their authenticity, to be flat out, they've become far less convincing. Don't get me wrong, the uncertainty is still there, but, not just the same as before; nowadays it takes a really good creepypasta to send shivers up my spine and instigate a surge of goosebumps from head to toe; but the validity of the stories isn't what I want to focus on in this write up, I want to talk about a slight "issue" I've been having recently concerning creepypastas.. I read nosleep stories with my favourite creepypasta youtuber's voice.

The Layered World ("Higher" Enlightenment)

Background
So recently, I've had more time and freedom to experience life in a "higher" state of mind. While in these states one thing I hadn't thought about much hit me; the fact that everyone experiences life radically differently or the fact that others may see life as I do in my "higher" states naturally. Experiencing life while in a higher state has been a huge eye-opener, with every encounter leading me to see things much differently (maybe more accurately, maybe more inaccurately, but nevertheless differently) and in turn prompting a slew of new "realizations".

I think I'll begin a new series of thought posts inspired by these "higher" enlightened states of mind.

With that said, I shall be moving on to today's topic... I'll be discussing the most prominent feature of these encounters; The Layered World.

Being a lot older from when I first started this blog, I finally see how ugly the overall look is 😂. 

Hopefully I make up for this lack of aesthetic sense in my catchy headings and immensely, thought-provoking and enjoyable content..(Please keep all false criticisms about my statements to the end, Thank you).

Prior Story: Sleep Walkers

POLICE REPORT AUGUST 20^th, 2013:

The following logs were recovered from a dorm room believed to be that of Robert K. Smilt, a senior commanding officer. 

A raid of the aforementioned organization took place on the 6th of August after a distress call was received by Robert. On arrival, a mass suicide had taken place. Few members were found alive, and fewer perpetrators were arrested at the location; this led detectives to believe the organization likely had associations within the police force, in turn, allowing for a swift execution of a planned fail-safe. 

The phone by which the distress call was sent out was found beside a deceased Robert Smilt. The victim had been shot twice to the head; an isolated case as the remainder of bodies found within the compound had died from poisoning. The few members found alive had not consumed the wine handed to them, the wine is believed to be the medium of poisoning. Many more bodies were found in woodlands beside the compound, the majority of these corpses were effectively “crucified” on the trees. The victims are believed to have died of suffocation. Layers of ash were also noted within the area, scorched bones elude to cremated bodies. 

Autopsies reveal that all corpses found within the compound show, to some degree, varying levels of drug consumptions. The majority of the drugs digested were opiates, but substantial amounts of psychotropic substances were also present. The bodies found in the woodlands show, in some corpses, a similar composition of drug intake as the corpses found within the compound, while others show no such relation; due to this, investigators believe that some bodies found within the woodlands are those of non-members. A singular case of starvation and dehydration was also noted. Suffocation from crucifixion should occur long before starvation or dehydration; this singular case may also point towards torture and/or kidnapping, as of now no other corpse shows similar signs of malnutrition. Large amounts of fentanyl [Upwards of 10 kilograms] were also found within the compound and were confiscated following protocol accordingly. Studies on the log are yet to be done and conclusions are yet to be drawn by investigators.
